We provide comprehensive training and career pathways that leads to a U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship completion as a Residential Journeyworker Electrician.
Plus a industry-recognized certification as a PV Solar Professional Installer, and other Energy Efficiency Certification & Certificate Credentials.
This work is essential to achieving the nation’s Climate Goals for 2030 and 2050 and addressing the critical shortage of qualified professionals in the Clean Energy Sector.

Most often requires Electrical License for this occupation, and both Certifications for a PV Associate (PVA) and for a PV Installation Professional (PVIP)
Solar Project Managers coordinate all of the workers involved in a solar installation, and translating between engineers, system designers, and installers in the field.
